Yes, you have the ability to assign the case manager role to anyone in your office and to as many case managers as you need.

No, the system does not allow any user to see or use agency or agent information other than information directly pertaining to that user and their associated role (cases, quotes, contracting, etc.).

Yes, your agencies will be able to access and interact with the CRM for their agents as well as monitoring cases, quotes and running reports.

No we do not provide case status feeds.  We are actively working with Insurance Companies now to provide case feeds and expect to have several completed in 2017.
